about

Lisbon, between June '94 and January '96. Welcome to the world of the Do It Yourself. Welcome to this record! It was homemade and handmade as much as possible, but I don't mean lo-fi here. DIY can go beyond lo-fi. Your songs may sound hi-fi but it matters how you brought them to life and made them exist for the pleasure of others. This record is a sample of what's going on around us and of what makes us happy. There's loads more going on but a vinyl record can only contain 50 minutes of music. Anyway we love vinyl and we wish more people could do something about it. And we hope this record can be a motivation for others to do the same cause it's just so easy. You just have to want it for it to happen. Homemade is about making you feel alive. No one should say that nothing ever happens, everyone should do it themselves instead. And we have more ideas about to come out of our minds, which is great. The other day when we were talking about it, we realized that bands are like planets, cause there's loads of planets to discover...

about

Bee Keeper Lisbon, Portugal

Bee Keeper started out as a joke by Elsa and was about making things happen and about making music fly as far as you want it to go. Against boredom, inercia and foolish jealous competition. Bee Keeper defended a spirit of cooperation between everyone who care.
You can do it if you really wanna do it. Make your little riot happen and do it yourself.
Act now, react now.
